If the end of delivery day has arrived & your order has not, here are some possibilities:
1) Did you place your order by the noon deadline? Even a small delay may cause your order to miss the local delivery company's
truck & your order will arrive via UPS. Dial 941-758-1002 & use option 1 and Avon can give you a tracking number.
You can also use the “Contact Us” link at the top of www.youravon.com
2) Is you account all paid up? If you have any past due balance Avon will not release your order. Use the QuikPay system on
www.youravon.com to make a payment or call 513-551-2866 to make a credit or debit card payment.
3) Is it possible that a neighbor took your order inside trying to be helpful? Exaust all possiblities before calling Avon
to request a duplicate.
4) Sometimes the local delivery company runs behind due to weather or other factors out of our control. We frequently send
out emails with such information. If your email changes be sure to change it with Carolyn so you don't miss important updates.
