1) Always check your invoice first. Page 2 has a section called "ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS CAMPAIGN". The column
to the far right will tell you when you can expect your missing products or if Avon will not carry that anymore.
2) If it's not in the items not available, is it on the invoice at all? It's possible that Avon has no record of you ordering
the item & that's why it didn't make it into your box.
3) Are you missing more products then would fit in the boxes your received? It's possible the delivery company made a
mistake. Count the number of boxes you did receive, (singles & doubles) and speak with Avon to see how many they shipped.

4) Sometimes mistakes happen & Avon charged you for something that didn't make it into your box. Dail 941-758-1002
& use option 1 to speak with Avon & get the matter cleared up.

This is the wrong size, shade, or wrong thing all together!

with Avon & request a replacement be sent out. Also remember that you can use EZReturns to exchange products.
